We offer low cost flat fee start up incorporation packages that start well under $1000 (for up to two co-founders for a Delaware incorporation), and includes all standard corporate and IP documents (state filing fees are extra). We are completely transparent with our pricing - no expensive hourly rates. We also offer deferred and equity based engagements for our start up clients.

Alternative Billing

We do almost all of our startup work on an alternative billing basis - whether flat fee, deferred fees or low hourly rate basis.
