We offer low cost flat fee start up incorporation packages that start well under $1000 and includes all standard corporate and IP documents (state filing fees are extra). We are completely transparent with our pricing - no hourly rates or hidden fees - clients don't want that. We also offer deferred and equity based engagements for our start up clients.
