Special Note: Our startup work is usually discounted at least 50% vs. our standard rates and is not a very profitable exercise for us. Why do we do it then? Three reasons: 1) we are startup lawyers who love helping companies grow - its in our DNA 2) clients come back for future work because they love us, and 3) clients always refer us to other entrepreneurs. Our startup attorneys get it!

We offer low cost flat fee start up incorporation packages that start under $1000 for a single founder and includes all standard corporate and base employee documents (state filing fees are extra). We are completely transparent with our pricing - no hourly rates or hidden fees - clients don't want that. We also offer deferred and equity based engagements for our start up clients.
